We look forward to welcoming you as we gather!
Welcome to Walla Walla Lutheran Parish!
We’d love for you to visit with us, but we understand it’s normal to be a little anxious visiting somewhere for the first time, so here’s some information that may help.
We have two worship points: Zion (Walla Walla) and Salem (Alma Park). You can find our locations and gathering times below.
What can you expect?
As you arrive at one of our locations you’ll be welcomed by a greeter. They will gladly answer any questions you may have.
You’re invited to take a seat just before the service start time. Each week you can expect a spoken order, with either band or organ music. Holy Communion is celebrated at every 10.30am service.
Children are precious gifts from God and encouraged to participate in all of our gatherings: singing, listening to Bible stories, receiving a blessing. We also provide Bible books, activity sheets and pencil cases that you can collect as you enter.
School-aged children attending Salem (Alma Park) are invited to Sunday school each week — they’re invited to our church hall after the Bible readings with our trained volunteers, and will return at the end of the service. Alternatively your children are also welcome to stay with you for the entirety of the service.
We would love to see you take a next step in your faith journey. And we’re here to help! Feel free to contact our pastor, or provide us with some information for us to arrange a meeting with you to get to know you more.
